From the Shopping Cart you can proceed to checkout.
This is done by selecting the Proceed to Checkout button located at the lower right hand side
There are three (3) steps during the checkout process:
(1) Billing Information
(2) Shipping Information
(3) Order Review
Please verify the information in steps one (1) Billing and two (2) Shipping are correct, clicking on Continue to advance.
If your bill-to and ship-to addresses are identical step two (2) will be automatically skipped.
The information within those steps cannot be modified. If the information is incorrect please advise Customer Service via email at orders@cathelle.com or by telephone at 800-363-0691.
Within step three (3) Order Review ensure the details of your order are all correct.
It is within this step where you may enter comments pertaining to your order including special instructions and the purchase order number.
Use Order Comments section to add your details.
Should you need to make changes, please select Edit Your Cart located at the bottom left.
Once everything has been verified, click on Place Order to submit the order.
Important Note: Our Customer Service team will review and process your order before shipping.
An order confirmation will also be issued.
